Integrity
We will NEVER recommend an unneeded repair, or inflate the seriousness of a vehicle issue to sell service. All problems will be represented as accurately as possible to allow the customer to make an informed decision about needed or recommended repairs with his or her service advisor. We will stand behind our repair, admit any errors that are made, and make sure that vehicles are fixed to our customers' satisfaction.
Professionalism
Each Thomas technician receives the training necessary for him or her to complete their job with great competence and attention to detail. Technicians are required to stay current on all new cars and trucks offered for sale by the dealership where they work. Because they are professionals at what they do, they know that they are required to treat our customers' vehicles as if they were their own, scrutinizing every vehicle system in order to assure their safety and reliability. Despite the "grease and grime" that are associated with vehicle repair, great care is taken to ensure that customer vehicles are to be kept clean at all times. In addition, it is the responsibility of every technician to keep his or her work area clean and safe.
